Why we approve every workspace
A short note on access control, governance, and why we do not ship instant signup.
Approval protects the control plane
StretchSuite is not treating workspace access like a public newsletter signup. Every workspace request needs enough context to route access safely.
What must be known
Account type, intended use, app interest, operator ownership, notification path, and retention posture all matter before a request becomes a live workspace.
Public form posture
The request-access form remains visible as an intake preview, but the button stays disabled until a verified endpoint and operator review workflow are connected.
